Old Car Bazar's corporate policies — transparent, fair and compliant. They are reviewed regularly.

Anti-Fraud Policy

Zero tolerance against fake listings, scam buyers or identity misuse. Action within 24 hours on reported suspicious activity.

Content Policy

Only genuine car listings are allowed. Obscene, hateful or copyrighted content will be removed.

Refund Policy

Refunds on paid services are eligible if requested within 7 days — subject to terms.

Dealer Code of Conduct

Partner dealers must maintain transparency, fair pricing and prompt responses. Violations may result in dealership suspension.

Grievance Redressal

Complaints are responded to within 48 working hours — a dedicated grievance officer is available for escalation.

Compliance

We operate as per the IT Act 2000, the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and other applicable Indian laws.
